ABOUT ME
Executive Coach | Early-Stage Investor | Former CMO | Board Director
I’m curious as hell. I love to help. And I love people; the ambitions they’re chasing, the problems they’re solving, and what makes them tick. Spend a few minutes with me, and you’ll see I have a genuine interest in what matters to you.
That curiosity and care fueled my work as CMO of RXBAR, where I helped scale the company from early stage to acquisition, as Chief Marketing and Sales Officer at a leading Midwest cannabis company, and in global branding and marketing at PepsiCo.
Today, it's what drives my work as an executive coach, investor at Bluestein Ventures, Board Director and leadership faculty at Kellogg. I partner with leaders and their organizations during periods of rapid growth and change, helping them navigate complexity, strengthen teams, and accelerate performance. I bring a mix of deep operating experience, coaching expertise, and serious empathy to every engagement — whether it’s guiding a CEO through a pivotal decision, supporting a team through scale, or advising early-stage portfolio companies. I care deeply about my clients and their teams, and I’m fully committed to helping them elevate their impact while achieving real results.
MY EXPERIENCE
Coach & Advisor
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, I’ve coached 100+ executives and teams across biotech, CPG, finance, tech, hospitality, wellness, services, real estate, and AI. I’m industry agnostic, but my impact is not: the outcomes I help clients achieve are specific, meaningful, and measurable.
Operator
Early in my career I helped build global brands inside PepsiCo, then made the leap to join RXBAR as CMO when we were just 7 people. As CMO, I scaled the business from $6M to a $600M acquisition. After that, I served as Chief Marketing and Sales Officer of a vertically integrated cannabis company.
Educator
I serve as an adjunct professor for Executive Leadership courses at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
Investor & Board
To deepen my coaching impact and sharpen my edge, I wanted a front-row seat to the future being built. I'm obsessed with entrepreneurs, products and technology, so I joined Bluestein Ventures as a Venture Partner investing in modern well-being. I'm also a board director for The Fresh Factory, Beyond Good, and Jeni Britton’s Floura.
Academic
I hold a BA from Stanford University and an MBA from Kellogg at Northwestern University.
Mom, Wife, Friend
Mom to Ryan (11) and Naomi (8), wife to Ari, and perpetually the first (and last) on the dance floor. I love a 6am workout, great meals with people I love, and collecting wild stories from 50+ countries.
MY APPROACH
I'll tell you when you have spinach in your teeth.
I’m there for my clients through leadership evolution, board shake-ups, co-founder divorces, actual divorces, hiring, firing, and everything in between. I dive into your world head-on and approach this work with the gravity and intimacy it deserves; staying grounded in strategic insight, deep empathy, and sharing direct lived experience.
I'm fully there for you when you need me, engaged, curious, and tuned in.
I’m the friend at a party who talks you up, catches the spinach in your teeth, and makes you feel instantly at ease. I have a way of helping people feel capable, seen, and energized; noticing the small stuff, celebrating the wins, and pushing when it matters most. Insight and humor, challenge and care, strategy and humanity—all of it shows up in my work to help you step into your best self.
