The Context
After closing a significant Series B, this founder-CEO of a fast-growing consumer brand wasn’t celebrating — she felt flat from burnout. Her role had evolved, but her calendar hadn’t. Her executive team was expanding, yet she still felt like the bottleneck. Burned out from high-stakes fundraising and scattered focus, she questioned whether she even wanted to keep doing this.
The Work
We got honest about where she was — and where she wanted to be. Her energy was low. Her clarity had faded. Together, we:
Defined her “CEO 2.0” job description — what only she could do, what to let go of, and how to structure her time for leverage and energy
Built tools to shift from reactivity to intentionality — including shifting from an inner critical voice to elevating the voice that leads with power
Created simple rituals to reclaim space, joy, and strategic altitude
Developed a 90-day team check-in framework to support feedback, ownership, and clarity
Reoriented her mindset from surviving the day-to-day to building the future she actually wanted
We also worked in real-time through major urgent issues - like executives putting in their notice, investors second-guessing their investment and potential hot deal-acquisitions.
The Result
The founder reconnected with her purpose — and her presence. She became clearer, calmer, and more grounded with her team. She started showing up with stronger boundaries, less noise, and a clearer voice. She stepped into the CEO role she actually wanted — not the one she defaulted into.
